Expectations: We are a community. Everyone is a valued member of our community and I expect everyone to be treated with respect. We will spend a lot of our time working with partners and in small groups. In order for everyone to participate, everyone needs to feel safe and respected. There is a zero-tolerance policy for bullying.
In addition to respecting every member of our community, I expect you to come to every class prepared. This means that you have your homework completed unless you have already contacted me and your class materials with you. I will expect that you come to every class ready to learn and participate.
Technology is a welcome tool for learning in our community. There will be opportunities for you to use your phones, tablets, and laptops in class when appropriate. However, if any laptops, tablets, phones, or any other tool are being misused or causing a distraction, you will lose your technology privileges.
